Almost had to get my crying towel out after reading your piece on ex-MPP Carol Mitchell. You should know that eventually all MPP's lose their jobs. It just goes with the territory and all who choose that occupation know that will happen. These folks are very well paid and have nice benefits and perks as do their staff. Nobody likes to lose their job but it happens and must be dealt with. Yes, we should say thanks to Ms. Mitchell for her years in public service and wish her staff and her well in their future endeavours but it is not necessary to go on and on over her loss the way you did! And by the way, they all will get severance pay to assist with their transition.
